- Location: Dong Nai City, vietnam
We are seeking a Technical Rescue Operations Specialist to lead high-stakes, field-level extraction and life-safety operations. This is an elite "muck and gut" role for individuals who thrive in unpredictable, post-disaster, or high-risk environments where the priority is the rapid stabilization and recovery of victims, critical assets, or essential infrastructure. If you possess expert-level training in search and rescue (SAR), advanced field medicine, or structural collapse mitigation, and have the mental fortitude to lead teams in chaotic, time-critical scenarios, this is an outstanding opportunity to save lives and restore order when others cannot.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Triage (Muck and Gut): Lead the rapid assessment of disaster scenes, gutting through debris and compromised structures to create safe access paths for rescue and recovery.
Active Extraction: Direct and execute physical rescue operations, using specialized tools and techniques (e.g., shoring, rope rescue, or confined space extraction) to retrieve individuals or assets from unstable environments.
Site Stabilization: Implement immediate structural reinforcements to prevent further collapse or environmental hazard spread while rescue teams are deployed.
Team Leadership: Manage multi-disciplinary rescue crews, ensuring that every member adheres to strict safety and communication protocols under extreme environmental stress.
Logistics & Equipment Oversight: Maintain and deploy specialized rescue caches, ensuring tools, protective gear, and medical kits are ready for immediate, multi-day field operations.
Incident Command Integration: Act as the on-site technical authority, coordinating with local authorities, emergency services, and medical teams to ensure seamless operational integration.
Debrief & Documentation: Conduct rigorous post-action reviews, documenting rescue techniques used, site conditions, and lessons learned to continuously refine our life-safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; mandatory certification in technical rescue (e.g., Rope Rescue Technician, Confined Space Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue) and current EMT/Paramedic or advanced first-aid certification.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in professional search and rescue, emergency services, military extraction, or high-risk industrial safety.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in structural shoring, breaching/breaking, and heavy lifting operations.
Proficiency in radio communication, field navigation (GPS/mapping), and incident management software.
Deep understanding of hazardous material (HazMat) identification and safe mitigation strategies.
Personal Attributes:
Unflappable Composure: Proven ability to make life-or-death decisions while maintaining clarity in high-pressure, chaotic conditions.
Physical Grit: Ability to endure prolonged, high-intensity physical labor in austere, dangerous, and often hazardous field environments.
Methodical Discipline: Strict adherence to protocols when the environment encourages panic, ensuring the safety of the rescue team is never compromised.
Situational Awareness: A hyper-vigilant mindset regarding environmental shifts and structural changes at a rescue site.
