We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Fast Food and Counter Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every customer receives prompt, friendly service and high-quality food. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide professional assistance to ensure a positive dining experience.
Food Preparation: Assemble food and beverage orders according to safety, quality, and presentation standards, following established preparation procedures.
Transaction Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accuracy in every transaction.
Operational Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including service counters, dining areas, kitchen equipment, and restrooms.
Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supply levels, restock service stations, and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety handling practices, health department regulations, and internal workplace safety policies.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with teammates to maintain efficient workflow, support store events, and ensure prompt delivery of orders during peak hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in food service, retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment is highly desirable, but we are happy to train motivated individuals.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Capability to follow standardized instructions and safety procedures.
Personal Attributes:
High energy, a positive "can-do" attitude, and excellent time management skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during busy periods.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team goals.
