We are seeking a talented and eager Junior Cross-Platform Mobile Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) or React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript). You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with designers and senior developers to deliver seamless user experiences that function flawlessly across both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase. Key ResponsibilitiesApp Development: Develop and maintain features using cross-platform frameworks to ensure high performance and responsiveness.UI/UX Implementation: Translate design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces. API Integration: Connect mobile applications to backend services via RESTful APIs, handling data fetching, JSON parsing, and real-time updates. Testing & Debugging: Participate in unit testing, debugging, and performance profiling to ensure apps are stable, fast, and secure. Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Code Reviews) and communicate technical challenges clearly. Deployment: Assist in the submission process for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including managing certificates and provisioning profiles. Continuous Growth: Stay current with the latest updates in the Flutter or React Native ecosystem and mobile development best practices.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.Core Technical Skills:For Flutter: Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework. For React Native: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript and the React Native framework. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) or Functional Programming concepts.Mobile Fundamentals: Familiarity with mobile-specific concepts like app lifecycles, navigation patterns, and local storage (e.g., SQLite, SharedPreferences/AsyncStorage).Tools: Proficiency in Git and experience using IDEs like VS Code, Android Studio, or Xcode. Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude toward learning new frameworks, and excellent communication.Preferred Skills (Bonus)Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Provider/Bloc/Riverpod for Flutter or Redux/Zustand/Context API for React Native). Basic knowledge of native development (Swift/Kotlin) for handling platform-specific issues.Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
