Job Description: Junior Java Developer (Fresher)Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Java Developer to join our engineering team. This is an entry-level position designed for a recent graduate or a candidate with early-stage experience who is eager to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and grow under the mentorship of our senior engineers. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications, participating in code reviews, and helping to troubleshoot technical issues within our software systems. Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Assist in the development of clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code for backend services and APIs under the guidance of senior developers. Testing & Debugging: Help write and execute unit tests, perform debugging, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure application performance and reliability. SDLC Participation: Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality features. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for code and system processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and Java best practices to improve personal technical skills and contribute to the team’s efficiency. Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Core Java: Strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms. Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). Familiarity with database management (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and writing basic queries. Understanding of RESTful API concepts.Experience with version control tools, specifically Git.
