JOB DESCRIPTION: Embedded Systems Engineer (Lập trình Hệ thống Nhúng)
Job Responsibilities
Firmware Development: Design, develop, and test low-level firmware for embedded systems using C/C++ to ensure high performance and reliability.
Hardware Interfacing: Write drivers and implement communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet) to interface with various sensors, actuators, and peripheral hardware.
System Integration: Port and configure Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS, such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr) or bare-metal code on microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M series, ESP32, etc.).
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Use hardware debugging tools (Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, JTAG/SWD debuggers) to diagnose and fix hardware/software integration issues.
System Optimization: Optimize code for memory constraints (RAM/Flash) and power consumption to meet strict hardware resource limitations.
Schematic Review: Collaborate with hardware engineers to review schematics and PCB layouts, ensuring design feasibility and recommending hardware modifications.
Testing & Validation: Develop and execute automated test scripts for unit testing and system-level validation to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Product Lifecycle: Support the product from initial concept, prototype development, and board bring-up to mass production and field maintenance.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
Technical Skills:
Languages: Strong proficiency in C/C++.
Microcontrollers: Extensive experience with ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, STM32, or similar architectures.
Operating Systems: Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX) or embedded Linux.
Tools: Proficient in using Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and IDEs (Keil, IAR, STM32CubeIDE, VS Code).
Version Control: Strong Git skills for team collaboration.
Hardware Understanding: Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and datasheets.
Analytical Thinking: Logical mindset to solve complex timing-critical or hardware-dependent problems.
Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between software and hardware teams.
