We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaner to join our facility maintenance team. In this role, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across offices, factories, buildings, or public areas. If you are physically fit, take pride in creating clean and safe environments, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision, this is a stable opportunity to contribute to a healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform regular cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, furniture, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals.
Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste, recycling materials, and maintain cleanliness of trash bins and surrounding areas.
Deep Cleaning Tasks: Carry out periodic deep cleaning, floor polishing, glass cleaning, and disinfection of high-touch surfaces to ensure hygiene standards.
Supply Management: Monitor and report cleaning supplies inventory; replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Compliance & Safety: Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling of cleaning agents.
Special Requests: Respond to urgent cleaning requests and support event setup or post-event cleanup as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Primary/High school diploma or equivalent; no formal degree required.
Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles. Freshers are welcome with a strong work ethic.
Practical Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment (vacuum, mop, floor machine), and safe chemical usage.
Ability to operate basic cleaning tools and machinery.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Flexibility to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as required.
