We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly ethical Financial Manager to oversee our organization's financial health. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, analyzing investment opportunities, managing capital structures, and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of all financial reporting. If you possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership, and a commitment to long-term fiscal sustainability, this is an outstanding opportunity to drive our financial strategy and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure organizational objectives are met.
Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against targets, identify trends, and provide senior management with clear, evidence-based recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Capital Management: Manage the organization’s capital structure, oversee investment strategies, and evaluate the financial viability of new projects, mergers, or acquisitions.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks (e.g., market, credit, liquidity) and implement robust control frameworks and mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance department; oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
Stakeholder Relations: Partner with executive leadership to communicate financial performance; coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.
Experience: 5–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or related management roles.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards, tax compliance, and treasury management.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment analysis, and corporate finance principles.
Personal Attributes:
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen; ability to see the "big picture" impact of financial decisions.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
Uncompromising integrity, professional ethics, and discretion regarding sensitive information.
