Hands-on Lab Management: Lead practical sessions in our dedicated networking and security labs, utilizing virtualized environments (GNS3, Cisco Packet Tracer, VMware) and physical hardware to simulate network attacks and defense scenarios.
Research & Scholarship: Engage in research related to network optimization, intrusion detection systems, malware analysis, or secure communication protocols, and publish in recognized security and networking journals.
Student Mentorship: Mentor students through capstone projects, cybersecurity competitions (e.g., CTFs), and research theses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ethical hacking.

Strong command of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Proficiency in defensive security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls) and offensive security techniques (Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment).
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and security analysis.
Soft Skills:

Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts—such as encryption algorithms or attack vectors—with clarity and urgency.
Ethics: A strong personal commitment to integrity, privacy, and responsible disclosure in cybersecurity.
Adaptability: A proactive desire to keep pace with the rapidly shifting landscape of cyber warfare and network technology.

Professional Development: Support for industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+), conference attendance, and research publishing.
Cutting-Edge Environment: Access to dedicated cybersecurity labs, high-performance networking equipment, and a collaborative environment for security research.
Comprehensive Benefits: Full insurance coverage, academic leave, and retirement benefits in accordance with local labor laws.
